JW Marriott Hotel Lima stands at Malecón de la Reserva 615, a 25-story glass tower on the Miraflores clifftop. Larcomar, the shopping and dining complex, is across the street, and Parque Kennedy is the lively square nearby. The hotel opened in 2000 and has 300 rooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows aimed at the Pacific or the city.
You can eat well without leaving the building. La Vista is the main restaurant, with Peruvian dishes, daily breakfast and lunch buffets and a family lunch on Sundays. JW Lounge serves dinner built around a sushi bar, ceviche and Nikkei cooking. JW Market, in the lobby, sells pastries, coffee and sandwiches from 7 am to 7 pm. A pool bar opens with the pool season.
Room choice matters here. The Urban category is the smallest at 33 m², while the Contemporary Classic rooms with oceanfront views measure 37 m² and the Junior King Suite is 84 m². Club-level guests use the executive lounge on the 24th floor. Families can ask for interconnecting rooms. The outdoor pool is seasonal, and the fitness center has a sauna and free classes.
