About InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores
This tower opened in June 2025 on Malecón de la Reserva, close to the Costa Verde cliffs in Miraflores. It has 21 floors and 321 rooms, including 29 suites. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows facing either the Pacific or the city, and the suites add freestanding tubs. Downstairs, a double-helix staircase rises through the lobby, part of an interior by Lima designer Germán Margozzini.
Food is the strongest reason to stay in. Five restaurants and bars are shared with the neighboring Hotel Indigo. Nau Nikkei Rooftop serves Japanese-Peruvian dishes on the 21st floor, The Market handles breakfast and international menus on the third floor, and Factory Steak & Lobster sits at street level. Circo is an outdoor Italian spot with a circus theme, and Nina Cocina Peruana covers classic Peruvian cooking.
Up top there is a 17-meter infinity pool, and the Presence Spa & Wellness Center offers massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. A Technogym fitness center and a Club InterContinental lounge on the 20th floor round out the facilities. The airport is 20 to 45 minutes away by car, so it works for a first or last night in Lima.
